I'm happy to share that this was the second time Nick has sold a property for me. I was blown away by the results on the first sale. The price he got the first time around exceeded even his own expectations! Nick really understands people. He has a warm personality and spends time getting to know each of the buyers, however he always stays loyal to the seller. This time around the sale was under more personally challenging circumstances, but as always Nick was generous with his time and efforts and went above and beyond to assist in a smooth sale and settlement.
