Nick and his team at Belle Property really came through for me. I listed my apartment for sale and one week later we were plunged into a 2+ week Melbourne lockdown. With no open inspections I was getting worried how I was going to sell this property. Nick organised with the furniture styling company to extend the styling for a further 2 weeks at not cost to me and when we came out of our lockdown on the Thursday, Nick oraganised a late Friday evening open at 5.30pm. With only a few people through, my Buyer arrived and loved the place. They requested a 2nd viewing on the Monday (public holiday) and submitted their offer the next day. An amazing result in such difficult times. The Buyer asked for a 45 day settlement - which I was fine with. Thank you Nick - you and Joe came through and sold what we thought may be near-impossible!
