Nick worked with us over several months to allow us time to organize finance and other 'complications' in our search for a new house. He kept us informed of the market and the status of the house in which we were interested. In the future when we are ready once again to sell/buy we will be using Nick for our agent.

He kept in contact regularly, at least a weekly email, as well as at other times to update us of interested buyers as they happened. Good on you Nick, even though we had to drop on price a bit to get the sale in a time frame suitable to us we would recommend you highly. If I had to "nit pick" then I guess we would have liked to have a say in the image selection for the sign as it wasn't our preference and we had some negative comments dabout it from friends and family.
