Nick was enthusiastic and patient with us, a fantastic agent. His knowledge of the property was not bad, the owner had taken great pains to hide major structural flaws that even the building inspector didn't pickup so I'm not sure Nick could be faulted so much for this. Nonetheless, he helped to get us a home, and in the end that's the best we can hope for.
