Prior to the recent purchase of my property, I was searching the housing market for over 12 months. That necessitated dealing with a considerable number of agents in that time. I was becoming somewhat disillusioned, to the point of looking in the private market. Nick's easy going, no pressure attitude, along with excellent knowledge and communication have restored my faith in the real estate market. It was a real pleasure to deal with Nick, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. In my opinion, he is the best agent I have come across.

I felt that Nick was working for the buyers and not me. When I refused an offer he told me that 'if I were the buyer I would have told you to get stuffed by now'. At that point if there would have been another agent worth their salt in Campbell Town I would have ceased my dealings with Nick. Nick also was poor at guiding the buyers. One of a number of examples was a notation in the contract dealing with 'fixtures', which read 'all fixtures including BUILT IN CUPBOARDS'. One would have thought that Nick could have guided the buyer a bit better. I feel my sale fell well short of market value.
