Nick looked after us in a very professional way.Nothing seemed to be to much trouble and the negotiating skills seemed superb. We will be recommending him to all and sundry .He also saved our 3 year old granddaughter from the fearsome huntsman spider . Well done Nick.

I felt that Nick was working for the buyers and not me. When I refused an offer he told me that 'if I were the buyer I would have told you to get stuffed by now'. At that point if there would have been another agent worth their salt in Campbell Town I would have ceased my dealings with Nick. Nick also was poor at guiding the buyers. One of a number of examples was a notation in the contract dealing with 'fixtures', which read 'all fixtures including BUILT IN CUPBOARDS'. One would have thought that Nick could have guided the buyer a bit better. I feel my sale fell well short of market value.
