Nick is knowledgeable about his local area market. He is excellent at following up inquiries from prospective purchasers. Nick is also willing to put in his time with multiple open home and travelling for out of hrs inspections. Nick is easy going and thorough when communicating with the vendor on all aspects throughout the campaign. We were glad we chose Nick as our agent and would use him again if we were ever in the market.
