I met Nick whilst looking for property around the Great Lake, Tassie & was immediately impressed. He loves his job. Friendly, happy, & down to earth. Wasn't pushy & rude like my dealings with some agents. Nick was casual, we talked about everything, not just real estate. Yes he offered his services..... only if I needed. He didn't take my number, I took his. No bombarding calls or emails, just two people meeting like old mates. After finding what I wanted, I called. As an interstate buyer moving down, Nick is great over the phone, and email. Everything was clear, easy, yet professional. Simple. Deal done, I flew down to celebrate & personally visit Nick's office to thank him 🙏🏼 Would I recommend Nick..... I won't use anyone else in buying, selling, or even buzz to ask his advice. We're already discussing my next purchase 😎 I'm Very Grateful, Cheers 🥂
