Nick failed to disclose a restriction in building on over a third of the property i purchased through Hardcorts, i was only made aware during conveyancing after the contracts were signed that a large portion of the land was unavailable for any construction. Nick was asked if there was any restriction to building on the land 3 times, all answered with, as far as he was aware there where no restrictions so i trusted Nick on that seeming that things like restrictions are an important part of a sale and he would know. This leads me to my conclusion that Nick either needs to do a lot more due diligence into the property's he is representing, or that Nick misrepresented the property to gain a sale, both not a good look for Hardcorts to me.
