Great second experience working with Nick Hay regarding my properties.

Nick Hay was the agent who sold me a house and land in Tasmania in 2019. Nick was responsible for the experience being a stress-less one. When buying the house, Nick took the time to explain the process and answer my big and small questions candidly and promptly. I engaged Nick to help me sell this same property recently and found the process similarly well managed by Nick. He notified me by phone or email regularly with updates regarding Open Homes, possible buyers, their circumstances and offers. He advised me when the yard needed attention (I am currently out of the state). I feel he worked tirelessly and patiently in gaining a positive outcome for me regarding the sale of my home. I already recommend Nick Hay to friends and am using this forum to recommend him to others who are thinking of buying or selling property.
