Nick’s approach to servicing his clients is second to none, with many achieving above their expectations in sales results. As well as achieving optimum results for his sellers, Nick has also had success working individually with buyers assisting them to find a property on the market that meets all of their criteria. After graduating high school, Nick travelled to Taiwan and attended a local high school whilst on Rotary Youth Exchange. During this time, he learnt Mandarin and was active in the local community. Upon returning to Australia, Nick undertook a double degree at UWA; Bachelor of Economics and Bachelor of Arts (Asian Studies) to further pursue his business interests and continue with his language skills in the native Chinese stream. He is an active member of the North Fremantle Amateur Football Club regularly playing on the half-back flank. Nick grew up in the local area and has the empathy and connections in the local community to conduct a successful sale for your property. Nick has property in the blood and understands what it is like to buy and sell your own home. In only a few short years, Nick has managed to put under contract over $90 million worth of real estate, which is not a small achievement for any sales representative, especially so early in one’s career. During this time, Nick has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience in many different methods of sale including auctions, deep digital campaigns and closing date sales. He has also attained expertise in a variety of different forms of real estate including strata complexes, deceased estates, heritage listed properties and the humble family home. Additionally, Nick has worked closely with developers in off-the-plan developments such as ‘Leighton Beach Apartments’ – North Fremantle, ‘The Quarry’ – North Fremantle and ‘Overton Terraces’ – Cottesloe.

Honest and switched on

Nick worked with me to sell my house. He understood the location and what potential buyers wanted in the area. Nick was very clear on the work I needed to do before I listed to ensure I got the best price possible. He also told me which him improvements to steer away from and why. Nick explained that selling a house isn’t simply a transaction, it’s a journey and to have his support from start to finish was amazing. I only had one weekend of opening the house for viewings before he was able to get me an offer that I was very happy to accept. I would recommend Nick to all my family and friends. Sale of Cottesloe Property

Nick Holt, with Chris Shellabear and the team did a very nice job in selling our Cottesloe house. I was particularly impressed with the quality of the online marketing. However, their knowledge and contact with potential buyers was what made the sale a success.
