We were very happy with the overall experience of dealing with Nick Johnstone Real Estate. Attending OFI's we found them helpful and willing to talk openly and honestly about the pros and cons of the property, information & contracts were provided quickly after request. The actual auction was lively and we were impressed with the electronic board displaying the prices as bids were received, in the end a successful result for us. After sales service is ongoing and NJ remains helpful at every turn.

Nick did a great job selling Rogers Avenue. He was prompt in getting all documentation etc ready for our sale. Everything went extremely smoothly and the Auction was a great success.
