I only met Nick , when he came to give me the documents to sign fot the sale of my apartment 5 days, after the government allowed agents to take interested parties to view properties for sale. Nick knows the market so well that he called me on Sunday after the announcement in the morning by the Andrews government that were lifting the viewing of properties, Nick indicated he would sell it by the end of the week- which he did. As a friend originally discussed the Sale with Nick, he was aware I had a health problem , thus having sold it, and met for the first time when he bought the sale documents to my current residence and offered to help me with anything he can to assist me. It has been great to know that not only is his knowledge of the market, superb, his care for Clients is equally important.
