Nick was great we got hime to do a valuation on our house. He was the only agent that called back to touch base with us afterwards to see if we were going ahead with the sale, and as a result we engaged his services. Constantly screwed around with times and dates in order to better his end figure (No time left for building and pest quotes, And tried to undercut the sellers offer by a thousand dollars). May be ok if your the seller but if your the buyer, beware. Handed one set of keys at the end and was told that was all of the keys (not even one for every door) and told maybe we should just change all the locks, that's what most people would do. Very defencive if questioned also.
