We met Nick within a few weeks into our house hunting. Until then, we were getting used to very non personal greeting with somewhat arrogant attitude of real estate agents. His friendly and warm welcome to house inspection was positive surprise for us. I straight away wanted to buy the property from him even though I had a big doubt whether or not the property was suited for our needs. Lucky for me, my husband could envision the potential for the house and liked it. The property we purchased was so called " renovator's dream" (my opinion it was a huge challenge everywhere). We encountered so many difficulties & setbacks on the way, but Nick was there every step of the way to support us. Even on our settlement day when the settlement was delayed for 3 hours, he came to visit us to drop off the keys where we lived in. It was such a lovely surprise. The experience with Nick was nothing like we experienced when we purchased our first house. If we ever to buy or sell a property, we will never hesitate to contact Nick again. Unfortunately, we decided to make this one our dream home, so only an option to show our appreciation to Nick is to show him our home when our renovation is done or recommend his service to anyone who look for their dream home.
