Nick helped the reviewer sell this property

A great result.

Nick was very practical in his advice regarding preparing the property for market and has been a great help throughout the selling process. His communication skills, knowledge of the market and the local area have been of great assistance. He continually kept me informed of what was happening throughout the process and certainly made me feel confident throughout the sale that he had a balanced approach to my needs as the vendor and also the needs of the buyers. We achieved an excellent result and the finalisation of the sale concluded a very difficult time for the family.
