Ok experience but did not get the money I was hoping for, settlement was long, they held onto my deposit and did not tell me that they were giving me a cheque, yes a cheque for the deposit that they held on my behalf, so have to wait another three days to get my money from the sale after waiting over 9 weeks for settlement, and not willing to do a EFT. Experience overall was mostly good.

Nick was a great help to us in selling our property with regular status updates. Nick is very experienced and understood our need and helped us through the whole process. He recommended Stylist to prepare the unit for sale and a lawyer to look after legal process, both have been excellent at their work. Nick is a very courteous and helpful.
