Nick listened whilst we gave him our house brief. He questioned some of our ideas drawing out and fine tuning what we really wanted. He was able to suggest suitable houses for us to look at over the weekend one of which we purchased. We felt that Nick had our interest foremost so it was easy to trust his recommendations. Owing to a cross-scheduling of house inspections in two cities, we were unable to make it to the scheduled inspection. Nick very kindly made a time for us to view the house at a more convenient time. We found Nick to be polite, knowledgeable and extremely helpful, as well as friendly. Without a doubt, we would not have been able to buy our dream house without the assistance of Nick Kearsey and we are grateful to him for his kindness in showing us the house outside of the scheduled inspection time.

I cannot praise Nick highly enough. His approach from the outset was one of fantastic professionalism and the enthusiasm he displayed for the sale of my property put any nerves I had at ease. Excellent communication from the outset made the whole process even easier and more relaxing for me.

We were very happy with Nicks overall performance in selling Saffron st. We gave him very little time to prepare for the sale as it was a prompt turn around, from photos, marketing (the presentation), opens, and leasing requirements and communication with the tenants. The Auction initially was not a great result however he managed me through the negotiation period and i was very satisfied with the end result after it passed in.
