We purchased a property that Nick was selling. I found that he made the purchase happen very smoothly. He was able to arrange access for our building and pest inspectors and arborists in a timely manner. He was able to negotiate with the seller for our letting agent to gain access to the property for prospective tenants. In short, Nick made all the logistics of purchasing happen smoothly, and I'm sure there would be flow on benefits to sellers whose contracts go through smoothly. Nick took over from another agent and so I really didn’t know too much about him. But over the course of a few weeks I could see he was very enthusiastic, confident and remarkably dedicated to obtaining the best price possible. He is without doubt a very hard worker and I have no hesitation in using him again.

After meeting with several other agents to inspect my property I met with Nick. Nick was different to every other agent I'd met with, young, super friendly, switched on and with this finger on the pulse of the housing market. He suggested a full scale advertising campaign, staging, professional photography and videography, online advertising, paper based, the lot! He had a vision that nobody else did. At first I was bit skeptical about if because every other agent I spoke with was of the belief that my property wouldn't benefit from the extra advertising, but after some careful consideration I agreed with Nick. It honestly was the best decision I could of made, with the staging and professional imagery done, the place looked phenomenal, so much so that I signed a contract 2 days later for $30000 more than other agents had suggested I'd get. Unfortunately the buyer couldn't get finance, but full credit to Nick, he worked super hard and found another buyer for the same price within a couple of weeks.
