Would not assist with the vendor to agree on reasonable repairs after the final inspection thereby delaying the time of sale on the settlement date. Alleged we we were trespassing when we accessed the property (having not been informed by his vendor’s solicitor that the sale had already settled). We are investors and have experienced many a smooth settlement. This was not one of them.
