Outstanding Service. Nick went above and beyond exceeding my expectation. Very happy

I was nervous having never sold a property before. I took my accountants advice and obtained 4 quotes. 1 being a well known agency and 3 in the local area who might know the market intimately. The well known agency fee was off the charts high and the rest pretty similar. In the end it came down to the conversations on the phone. I found Nick super easy to talk to and well aware of the market. The thing that stood out was his kindness towards the tenants who had only just moved in. He was so respectful and mindful of the inconvenience the sale might cause them. The sale worked out well for everyone in the end and I’m so pleased I chose right with Nick. Thank you 🙏
