Nick has been a gem of an agent from the beginning. He even made pre-sales visits and advised what to change, replace, fix around house to showcase the property. This is with no assurance on my side that I will go with him. Generous at that. He never gave up even when it was rainy and wet and still continued the open house in bad weather. He also communicated regularly on what the outcome of each inspection and open house was. He did not charge me an arm and leg for staging the house for sale. Overall 110% effort and a great attitude. I would highly recommend Nick for an amazing showcase of your property and a full effort in the sales process. I would go to him again for my other properties I own to market them for me as I know he will do a great job. Highly recommended and I can vouch for him.
