Nick and I initially talked months before I sold: he was informative, helpful and gave me a great overview of the market and its potential. Because of that I moved the rental management of my unit to him, and the work they did was infinitely better than the previous agent. When it came to selling, Nick remembered my priorities, timeline and requirements and made sure that all of the ducks were lined up. Not only did he get me a much higher price than either of us expected, he did so by keeping me informed at all points in the process. He is well-organised, communicates well, and is refreshingly free of the self-centred sales stuff that is common in the industry. Highly highly recommended!
