Nick is not the standard “realestate” agent , in fact he does not have an air of that sickly sales energy to him at all, quite the opposite, you would almost think he works in HR. I had recently had to sell an investment property due to a depletion in current cash flow - I didn’t want to sell the property... but I had to and had some emotional attachment to the property as it was the very first property I ever bought. Nick didn’t push me into selling , he patiently listened to what was going on in my life and made me feel understood and explained that there where in fact many options to the big mess I was in. Nick was so personable, so caring to my circumstances and so professional in his knowledge of the area, the market, campaign options and this made a huge difference emotionally in the actual selling of the property. Once I decided on selling the property, Nick took care of EVERYTHING , having already been overwhelmed by my current circumstances having Nick just take full accountability and ownership of the whole sale campaign from start to finish lifted a huge strain off my mind.
