I was very nervous on whom I would select as unfortunately, the agents that I selected were very disappointing and failed to deliver on their promises. Two different agencies failed to deliver the desired result to me prior to Nick. Nick, was by far the most professional agent that I have used. Whilst I questioned Nick on the marketing campaign, after discussion, Nick was able to give us the confidence - based on his sound knowledge of the area and we are glad we made the right decision. Throughout the process, Nick’s communication was excellent. When he said he would provide updates - he did. If I or he had any concerns he was great to talk to and we always walked away with both parties on the same page as our questions / concerned were answered - thoroughly. On top of this, he managed to get the right buyer and negotiated the best result than I could ever imagine. There was not much stress as before during the whole selling process. When we decided to sell our house, we didn't have any confidence in the house. It is old, shabby and simply unsaleable. However, Nick took the challenge. He communicated with us how to improve it, how to present it well, to the finest detail you can imagine.
