An agent to choice when the market is hot and not-so-hot

Nick is a genuine good guy and throughout our buying experience he conducted himself with professionalism, fairness and an old fashioned level of service. As buyers, my wife and I have seen many agents in action recently and observed woeful communication skills, lack of meaningful follow up and even indifference at the start of the year when selling houses was easy. Nick is an agent I'd sell with in the future, especially when you need an agent who actually has some sales skills when buyers are hard to find.
