I called Nick about selling my Unit in Deer Park that is at the back of the Block..Me and Nick Discussed Details and agreed and Followed Nick Steps to sell the property.The property was put on the market 520k-550k (Market Price) and got sold for 640K, Pretty much 100k Up.Also done the same with my friend property were i got the number from.
