Nick remained committed throughout the sale’s campaign which ultimately led to a result my husband and I were very happy with. We had a number of hurdles to overcome initially due to a challenging tenant, however Nick remained focused on the goal of selling our property at a good price despite all of these additional complexities thrown at us.
