Nick worked very hard to sell our property even though it was in need of upgrading. He managed the many "open homes" he organised quickly and efficiently with minimal disruption to our family. Even though it did not sell at auction day, within three days, Nick managed to find another eight couples for a late afternoon viewing and one of those couples is now the proud owner of 51 Knight Avenue, Kings Langley.
