I wouldn't hesitate recommending Nick as a real estate agent. Despite feeling a little slighted with paying well and truly over what my wife and I talked about paying for the property we just acquired, our experience with Nick was a smooth and seamless one. He's a tough negotiator who did his job thoroughly. I suspect this deal wouldn't have gone through without his expertise.
