I am very pleased that my apartment in Brisbane has sold. Nick did a great job and I am impressed with the effort he put into the work involved.

Nick was a breath of fresh air as far as Real Estate agents go - after we had 2 agents failed to show anyone through our unit over a period of more than 3 months - Nick "hit the ground running" on the first showing and continued to showcase our unit till he got the result that we were looking for! Nick is what every Vendor is looking for, always immaculately dressed, he listens to his Clients requests and concerns, respectful of his Clients and their belongings, always informative of current market trends in the local area and he would send (without fail) a market report of how many people attended our unit, local sales in the area, market prices and how many people were interested in our unit via email and phone which would be sent to our email address every Monday - which was very interesting to hear. A true professional in his chosen career! Thank you Nick - so pleased you were recommended to us!

Nick was most helpful in explaining the expectations of the vendor and we were able to tailor our offer to ultimately secure the property. Nick was always available to take our calls and responded to e-mails promptly. Whilst his loyalaties were always to the vendor he showed a thorough understanding of the market conditions and the posistion of the purchaser, and he was able to help the vendor and purchaser come together and achieve a good outcome for both parties. I highly commend Nick as a diligent, helpful, honest, and commited real estate professional. We would certainly seek out Nick's services if were ever looking to sell any property in an area where he works.

He was professional at all times in his dealings with us, he wasn't pushy, he was allways available even after hours, and importantly he actively worked to ensure a smooth settlement of the property.
