Very happy with the end result!

We're very happy with the work Nick did on selling our unit. Nick gave us a lot of time in the early stages in getting the unit prepared for sale and talking us through our anxiety and allowing us to be picky about certain decisions. Nick listened to us in terms of what we wanted to achieve and how we wanted to achieve it, however we also felt comfortable to sit back and let him do his thing. We appreciated knowing that Nick was the key person dealing with all potential buyers as he was able to keep a close eye on things and hopefully not let any opportunity slip by!
