Excellent selling agent

We approached Nick Mylonas at Fletchers to sell our home and were very impressed with his professional knowledge and advice. He knew the local area very well and advised us the best way to the sell the home was via auction. During the campaign he went over and above what we expected of our selling agent even to the extent of repairing a couple of vertical blinds and tending to the lawn all at no charge to us. He kept us informed of all the enquiries and number of inspections right up to auction day. On the day itself he was excellent as our auctioneer and worked the five bidders to the max. The result was way past our expectations and it was sold to a deserving family. We highly recommend Nick as an agent.
