Sale of Mindarie property

From the first meeting we had confidence in Nick. He was very easy to talk to and really made us feel that he would give us 100%. Nick was very knowledgeable and understanding about our concerns for our wonderful tenants. He was kind and sympathetic to their needs which was important to us. At every step of the process he kept us informed, ringing and updating us regularly. We had a few offers and he negotiated the 'bartering' extremely well and we were very pleased with the resulting sale price. We would highly recommend him.
