Selling my grandmothers house with Nick was a great experiance. I have found Nick to be knowlegable, friendly and proffessional and ALWAYS had a great positive attitude. His knowledge of an ever changing market, proved invaluable when deciding the right strategy, and also achieving the right price to sell for. In fact we first contacted Nick in Jan 2021 and let him know we were working towards putting the house on the market. At that time we were looking for $400K. By the time we had prepared the house for sale he suggested "offers over $450K." The house attracted over 60 visitors at the first viewing and multiple offers resulted in a sell price of $475K. this was an outstanding result and well beyond our expectations. At no stage during the process did we feel "Sold" or did we feel it was "All about the commission" Nick acted proffessionally and deserves the reward for a job well done. We will certainly keep Nick in mind if we need to sell in the future.
