Sold an apartment via Nick with a few issues. Body Corp etc. Nick got it over the line once. Fell over due to finance. He sold it again at about the same price. The number of emails and phone calls between us was unbelievable. He still only charged his original fee. An outstanding honest and genuine sales person. My business is buying and selling real estate. He is up there totally in my opinion.
