We were regular visitors to Palm Cove before CV19. So, post lockdowns in Melbourne, we decided the time was right to plan our future escapes from the Melb winter by making an investment in an apartment in Palm Cove. Once our offer had been accepted, Nick helped us understand the ways in which conveyancing works in FNQ so we could be prepared for what will be required in completing the transactions. Following the signing of the contract, we imposed on his good nature by making a couple more requests that he (successfully) pursued with the vendor on our behalf. So, all in all, we felt that Nick provided helpful guidance and assistance without the "hard sell" that is sometimes encountered when dealing with real estate agents

The site photos were carefully picked for the well presented marketing brochure. Inspections were very professionally handled with feedback provided within a few days of each inspection.
