Nick was an absolute legend from start to finish. He sold our townhouse for exactly what we wanted & made the entire process ridiculously easy, particularly because we had already moved in to our new property away from Cairns. He had a Rolodex of tradies for absolutely everything &, when things needed to be done at the property, he didn’t just send me a phone number & leave me to sort it out. He organised trades, coordinated access & kept everything moving while we were nowhere near the property. Personality-wise, Nick is incredibly down to earth, authentic & genuinely personable. He was also on to it with communication. I never felt like I had to chase him for updates or wonder what was happening. The thing that impressed me most was that you could tell Nick was a seasoned professional. The whole process felt like a well-oiled machine, from the pre-listing & market preparation, to the marketing, right through to doing the actual hard work & showing up for the open homes. We got the result we wanted, the process was handled exceptionally well, & I’d have absolutely no hesitation using Nick again or recommending him to anyone selling a property.
