Super easy process

Nick was great to deal with. Very professional. We had our property with another agent for nearly 6 months without even one offer coming in. Within the first week with Nick we had 2 offers and a signed contract for sale. Nick knows the area and with his extensive list of interested buyers, the whole process just runs smoothly and efficiently. My only regret is that I didn't go with Nick from the start.
