Nick was available as often as I needed him to be. He went on holidays and he was still available. His knowledge of the area, his experience and expertise in real estate, meant I felt like I was in very, very, very, safe hands. Nick is the kind of guy you want on your side. He’s respectful, tenacious, and an all round nice guy. He achieved a price we thought might be out of range: my unrenovated apartment sold for more than a renovated apartment two floors up with a better aspect!He was positive the whole way through. I would recommend Nick to anyone and everyone, every time.
