Living interstate and selling a property due to sad circumstances is not easy. Organising gardening, carpeting cleaning, cleaning and general maintenance was no trouble for Nick and he even met a removalist to pickup a cabinet that I was getting transported interstate in his own time...Amazing!! Nick was also not pushy. He came up with a marketing strategy that he felt would attract the right buyer to the property without needing all the bells and whistles.....and it worked. Nick was brilliant ! I have dealt with multiple real estate agents over long periods of time and I must say without any hesitation that Nick is the best I have ever dealt with.
