The vacant land we were wanting to sell had been on the market for a considerable length of time before we put it in the hands of Nick. From the start he was very enthusiastic and dedicated to finding a buyer. He had interest from a number of people and we were kept up to date every time. Nicks persistence was incredible and we appreciate his help immensely. He secured a price beyond our expectations at the time and we would recommend him wholeheartedly.
