Fantastic Agent

Nick was highly recommended to us, surprisingly, by an agency that manages rental properties exclusively. Just a little over six months earlier we had consulted 4 other agencies about our wish to sell our unit. We were so put off by the lack lustre attitude and continual reminder that property prices had fallen so much that we should resign ourselves and be happy just to sell. No attempt was made to even try to put some effort into the sale. We retreated totally demoralizedand it was not until Nick was referred to us and we contacted him that we realized this would be a sure thing. We found Nick to be so very professional, enthusiastic and so energetic about doing the best for us. He suggested we stage the property and that he would look after everything for us. When we saw the photos of the staged property we felt like buying it immediately. It looked absolutely fabulous. Well the property was sold within two weeks and settlement proceeded without a single problem. The property sold for higher than the estimated price. The staging certainly contributed but the effort, enthusiasm and professionalism from Nick was amazing.
