Nick helped the reviewer buy this property

Very knowledgeable and responsive with integrity

Nick was great to work with on the recent purchase of my investment apartment. He had great knowledge on the area, rental opportunity as well as helping me through the buying process between myself and the vendor. He also showed good integrity in liaising between me the vendor and other prospective buyers. Thanks for your help on this purchase Nick!
