When I sell my new home I would want Nick to sell it for me

I have found Nick to be extremely proactive. Over two years I was searching for the right new home, he was in regular contact and would bring properties to my attention whether or not they were being sold by his agency. When I decided to sell through Nick, he was always available, courteous and supportive. Nick attended every open house and diligently made contact with every party that went through. Nick maintained constant communication and updates on the progress of the sale. As a result it has been a less stressful exercise than might have been anticipated.I cannot think of one criticism of his handling of both my purchase and sale or suggest anything that could be improved.
