Nick helped the reviewer sell this property

Sale of randwick apartment

After substantial consideration we decided to use Nick Simitzis and Karen Hendry to sell our property. Our initial impression was positive and this view was maintained through to the conclusion of the campaign. Now, as I write this review several months later, my view about their quality of service is further enhanced. With the benefit of hindsight, I can say that the many important decisions that we needed to make were each informed in a positive way the good judgement and calm, considered advice they provided. Overall, Nick and Karen provided strong value in the sale of our home. They acknowledged our own preferences while providing good options and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them as highly effective and trustworthy agents.
