Nick might be one of the best realestate agent I met so far.

(Negotiation score is low because it wasn't applicable to my sale) The process of feeling the market based on offers from people viewing the home( as was done by Nick & Tess) puts a vendor at risk of getting a lower price for their home. This kind of marketing just seems like the agent is after a sale , not necessary the best price for the client, and seems and feels like underquoting. In saying that the property was marketed well with lots of opens. ( more than many houses with other companies). Having now experienced the other side of the process while buying and have service to compare to, follow up and communication was done very proficiently and consistently. I would recommend them based on this and their approachability. I think they were honest but being real estate agents one can not always be sure.

Very disappointed when i had two freinds phone and ask what the vendor was expecting, they were both told high 6 yet we wanted in the 8s .Tess I found more responsive and kept the communication up. Im still at a lost as why we had to keep going into the office , they should have come to us ? They were working for us therefore they should have gone out of their way to do everything they could to make us happy . Im not saying another realestate agent could have done better with price on the day ( we will never know ) but I regret the day i went with the Rowville branch and not ferntree gully branch , this is the branch I would recommend . I have a few freinds in Rowville that may move in the next year or two I have recommended they go with the frentree gully branch , and yes I have also sold a property through them and the experience was far better .
