Our relationship with Nick started two years before we finally bought our house just recently. In 2016 I started window shopping, testing the market and Nick was the only agent who actively called me, emailed me links for potentially suitable properties AND he actively followed me up after inspections. Through the time where the market started to head up and then skyrocketed, Nick was still the only agent interested in helping us find our family home (despite having a low budget for the times). My husband and I both started going to inspections often separately to move things along (originally I was the primary house hunter) but when my husband came home and put Nick’s new business card on the bench I thought it was interesting that out searched started with Nick and thought would it end with Nick. I did my research on the house, the area and price comparisons and took decided that this was the house for us and after serious negotiations we bought our house. Nicks gentle persistence and sincerity for the home buyer is second to none. We wouldn’t hesitate buying an investment property or sell our home one day with Nick. Nick is a friendly and very helpful agent who is ready to listen. He is extremely patient in answering all our questions and addressing our concerns. He is also realistic and never makes empty promises. While the buying/selling process is usually a stressful experience, Nick has certainly made it a lot easier because he was there with us every step of the way - from selling our property to buying the new one.
