Very accessible and responsive communicator

Finding this property in such a tight market we had to jump fast. Nick responded quickly and efficiently, understood our situation, answered endless 'hang on, I forgot to ask you this' questions with patience and good humour, and made the whole process simple. Working in the same suburb as the property he knows it well. Rarely did I need to leave a voicemail, and he replied quickly using not only emails but also text and phone calls. He also referred us to an excellent conveyancer (Jessie) who also works in and knows this area, and is equally accommodating. Subsequently we asked his rates for managing the property, and were impressed enough to sign up with him for this as well. He came across at all times as efficient, courteous and competent. . It is good to find an agent who treats buyers at the very lowest end of the market, with the same respect as those looking for properties at the top end. Thank you, Nick.
