The tenant turned out to be troublesome and Nick helped us manage the situation without any burden on myself. Nick ensured that our property was restored to its original state by personally taking on the eviction process, the insurance claim that followed and the building works required. He minimized the financial loss and shielded us from all the administrative process involved. After restoring the property to better than original state he then found a buyer and ensured we received a return on the original investment that far exceeded our expectations.
