We are happy to write this review about Nick as he recently sold our investment property in Cronulla. The whole process happened quickly and at every step Nick kept us in the loop on the progress of the sale. He would regularly call for a quick update so that we were always in touch about the status of the sale. Nick never over committed on his promises and delivered what had he said he could deliver in our first discussion about our property. The current market conditions are challenging and Nick was up front and concise on his market expectation and we were pleasantly surprised that he was able to find a buyer at the guide price level. Nick and his support team made the whole process easy to work through and we are already happily recommending him to friends and family for any upcoming opportunities.
